Flying car

This week in writing we have been learning how to write a persuasive arguments.
I found it challenging trying to find strong words to convince my audience.
I found it easy about choosing the topic because flying cars was my favourite.

Have you ever been in a flying car ? I believe that inventors should make flying cars.

Firstly you could touch a white fluffy cloud. I have always wondered what a cloud would feel like. It might feel like a fluffy pillow.

Secondly, you could go a long way with one fill of petrol, because you always have to fill up your car with petrol AND you spend more money.

Thirdly you don't have to wait for traffic, because there are no traffic lights in the sky. You can go wherever you want.

In conclusion I really would like to see a flying car in the sky.

  1. You have some great ideas in your persuasion. Starting a persuasion with a question is a great idea. I wonder if everybody was in a flying car do you think we would need some rules? Wouldn't there be lots of crashes?

  2. Hi it´s Hannah, thank you for the comment. I know that some people are making a flying car here in Canterbury! I don´t think it would crash a lot. I think we would not need rules because it would be like a real car except it would be in the sky.
