For the past few weeks we have been learning about the Zones of Regulation. This fits with our people power of Choose your attitude. The green zone is when your happy, calm and proud. The yellow zone is when you are worried, nervous or over excited. The blue zone is sad sick, tired or bored. The red zone is yelling angry and out of control. Knowing what zone we are in can help us to think of strategies to manage our emotions. You might find it helpful to look at our slide shows so you can think about what Zone you are in. Have you ever been in the red zone?
